Victory Coastal Park

The Coastal Victory Park in Petrozavodsk is located on the site of city blocks destroyed during the Great Patriotic War and is dedicated to the memory of Victory. In its 1951–1952 layout, designed by Leningrad architects, the directions of the former streets, which have turned into park alleys, were preserved. Views of the Petrozavodsk Bay open from the park territory, and the site itself combines recreational and memorial functions, being an object of cultural heritage of regional significance.
