Lenin Circle Square

Lenin Square, also known as Round Square, is situated in the center of Pyotrozavodsk. It is designed in the style of Russian provincial classicism and serves as a federal historical and architectural monument. The National Museum of the Republic of Karelia and the ensemble of buildings of the former Olonets Administration, recognized as federal monuments, are located here. In the center of the square there is a monument to Vladimir Lenin. This is a key historical space of the city, starting tourists' acquaintance with Pyotrozavodsk.
