Kirov Monument

The monument to S.M. Kirov is located on Kirova Square in Pyotrozavodsk. Established in 1936 by sculptor Matvey Georgiyevich Manizer. Depicts Sergey Mironovich Kirov standing full-length in a tunic, gaiters and high boots. The pedestal is made from bronze and pink granite, its height - 4.5 meters. Previously this square was called Freedom Square.
