Petrozavodsk Industrial History Museum

The Museum of Industrial History in Petrozavodsk is located in the historical building of the former Onégsky Tractor Plant clinic on Liteynaya Square. Visitors can learn about the development of industry in Karelia from Pyotr's times to the present day. Special attention is paid to the cannon foundry established by Pyotr I, which played a key role in the city's formation. The exhibition includes samples of products, archival materials and photographs showing the industrial potential of the region.
