Polar Odyssey Marine Museum

The Polar Odyssey Marine Museum is situated in Pyotrozavodsk on Rigachina Street, 37B. Visitors can learn about maritime history through operational replicas of ancient ships here. Highlights include the merchant barge "Saint Nikolay" which participated in an international race, unique exhibits such as the first world replica of a Pomor kokh "Pomor" and a Russian war galley "Love". The museum offers visitors to touch artifacts, try on a diving helmet and even ring a ship's bell.
