Crooked Cross Cathedral

Catholicovozdvizhenie Cathedral in Pyotrozavodsk was built from 1848 to 1852 according to architect Vasily Tukhtarov's project. It was consecrated in 1852. Located on Volkhovskaya Street, it is an active Orthodox church of the city. The cathedral avoided closure during Soviet power and continues its worship activities until now.
