The Kaluga Museum of Fine Arts is located at: Kaluga city, Lenin Street, 104. Founded in 1918, it is today one of the largest regional art collections. The museum's building, a federal-level cultural heritage site, was transferred to it in 1969 after the city's Bilibin-Chistokletovs mansion was handed over. The museum's collection includes over 10,000 exhibits from various arts, including painting, graphics, sculpture and decorative-applied arts.
