Kaluga Oblast Philharmonic

The Kaluga Regional Philharmonic is situated at Lenina Street, 60. Its history began on August 28, 1944 with the establishment of Kaluga Regional Concert-Estrada Bureau, which later, in 1957, transformed into a philharmonic. The current concert hall opened in 1971 to celebrate the 600th anniversary of Kaluga city. Since 2015, additional events have been held in the inner courtyard of the "Gostiny Dvor" complex.
