Torubyayev House (Malyнин House)

The building at 2-Krasnoyarsky Pereulok, house 10 is an object of federal cultural heritage. It houses the military-historical center of the museum-reserve and regional branch of the Russian Military-Historical Society. Historian Dmitry Ivanovich Malinin worked here, publishing guides to Kaluga. A memorial room recreates his working office. The construction dates back to the second quarter of the 18th century and belongs to the Kaluga merchant family Torbauyevs. After the 2017 restoration, the building is open to visitors.
