Terenin House

Terenin House in Kaluga is situated on Starichkov Lane, 2/1. Built at the beginning of the 20th century in the modern style, it is an object of federal cultural heritage. Completely restored in 2013 after a long history including periods when the building served as party and Komsomol structures. The project was developed by architects N.I. Novouspensky and N.L. Shevyakov. The mansion is clad with cement and granite chips and was built by millionaire Nikolay Terenin.
