Gayda Monument

Leonid Gaidai's monument is located in Irkutsk on Proletarskaya Street opposite the circus. The sculpture's height with the pedestal is 5.5 meters. Gaidai is depicted in a director's chair next to his faithful dog Barbos. In front of the monument are figurines of famous characters from the director's films - Trush, Balbes and Byvaly. This place is popular among tourists and locals due to its unusual image and proximity to the circus.
