V.P. Sukachev Mansion-Museum

V.P. Sukachev's Estate in Irkutsk is situated at December Events St., 112. It is a wooden house from the 19th century with a tower annex, rich carving and lace-like window frames. Inside there is a permanent exhibition of antique furniture, porcelain, books and letters. The estate also includes a Winter Garden created by its owner. Here there is a branch of Irkutsk Art Museum where works by Vladimir Sukachev, city mayor and renowned collector, are exhibited.
