Irkutsk Regional Art Museum named after V.P. Sukachev

Irkutsk Regional Art Museum named after V.P. Sukachev is located in Irkutsk at Lenina Street, 5. It is the largest art museum of Eastern Siberia and the Far East with a collection of over 23 thousand works of art including paintings by Shishkin, Vasnetsov, Repin and other Russian artists as well as ancient Russian icons, paintings by European and eastern masters. The museum has several exhibition venues: Gallery of Siberian Art and Sukachev's Estate. Temporary exhibitions of modern and classical art are regularly held here.
