Volkonsky House-Museum

The Volkonsky House-Museum is located in Irkutsk at Volkonsky Lane, 10. Here reconstructed interiors of the memorial house, moved from Urick village in 1847, can be seen. Exhibition includes unique pyramid piano and Lichtentaler's grand piano from 1831. The museum is part of the Irkutsk Decembrists Museum complex and keeps authentic belongings of the Decembrist families. Visitors can take part in literary-musical events and balls.
