House of Europe

Europe House in Irkutsk - an architectural complex created in 1998 to strengthen the city's international ties. Includes city folk museum, hotel in Larin wing, sister cities squares and public spaces. Historical wooden construction combined with modern cultural functions. Courtyard features park and open recreation area.
