130th Quarter

130th Quarter, also known as Irkutsk Sloboda, is located in the southern part of the historical center of Irkutsk at the foot of Krestovaya Hill. This complex, noted for winning the International Architectural Festival "Zodchestvo" in 2010, is an area of historic construction. The opening of the quarter took place during the celebration of the city's 350th anniversary, and reconstruction was completed in 2011. Address of the object: Irkutsk, July 3rd Street, 25.
