State Tabasaran Drama Theatre

The State Tabasaran Drama Theatre is located in Derbent at 3rd International Street, 15/2. Founded in 2001, it was the first professional theatre for the Tabasaran people. During its existence, the theatre has produced over forty performances featuring works by local authors, North Caucasian dramaturgy and classics. The theatre grew out of folk theatres and university culture faculty productions.
