Central Park of Culture and Rest Yuri Gagarin

Central Park of Culture and Rest named after Y.A. Gagarin in Chelyabinsk is situated on Kommuna Street. Founded in 1934 and named after Yuri Gagarin in 1961. It features a rope park, paintball club and go-kart center. In summer festivals, movie screenings and concerts take place; during winter an ice rink and tubing tracks are set up. Most of the park consists of greenery blending into pine forest with wild animals. A children's railway runs through its territory.
