Manneken Theatre

The "Maneken" Theatre in Chelyabinsk is located at Kirova Street, 116. Founded as a student theatre of эстрадных миниатюр at Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute in 1966, it has carried its current name since then. With over thirty years of history and the honorary title of folk theatre, "Maneken" was recognized as a leading youth theatrical ensemble in the 1970s. In 1992, the theatre acquired the status of a municipal cultural institution.
