Houses for Rent Merchant A. Kholodov

The income houses of merchant A. Kholodov are located at Kirova Street, 139 in Chelyabinsk. Initially, here were trading halls with hardware, drugstore and paint products. Later, the buildings were reconstructed for residential purposes where rooms on the second floor were rented out. Today these houses house a restaurant and Music School No. 7. One room previously was used by "Ermitazh" restaurant and also operated "Furniture Trade" store AO Litvin. The buildings are a monument to historical street architecture of Kirova Street.
