Chelyabinsk State Drama Youth Theatre

Chelyabinsk State Drama Youth Theatre is located at Kirova Street, 116. The building, built in 1903, is an example of neoclassical style. Since 1982, it has belonged to the theatre, which was founded in 1965 by a decision of the regional executive committee. Initially, the theater was called the Care Committee and Popular Sobriety Theatre, but in 2011 it received its current name — Youth Theatre. Its repertoire is diverse and includes performances for both young people and adult audiences.
