E.K. Plotnikova Mansion situated on the Northern Dvina Embankment is an architectural landmark of late 18th to early 20th centuries and part of the Shingarevs-Plotnikovs Town Merchant Mansion complex. It features an exhibition of Russian classical art from that era along with a permanent display titled "Master of Silver Tones" honoring writer and artist Stephen Pisakhov.
