Lenin Monument

The monument to Vladimir Illych Lenin was installed on Lenina Square in Arkhangelsk. The sculpture is made of bronze and stands on a granite pedestal. Lenin is depicted as an orator. It is one of the last Lenin monuments in the USSR, unveiled on August 10, 1988. There is an inscription on the pedestal written by Lenin himself. Previously, there was a fountain on this site.
