The monument to Mikhail Vasilyevich Lomonosov is installed in Arkhangelsk on the Northern Dvina River embankment near the Northern Arctic Federal University. Lomonosov, born in these parts, began his journey with sea fishing. His name is also associated with the Arkhangelsk Drama Theatre.
