Arctic Art Exploration Museum A. A. Borisov

The Arctic Art Exploration Museum named after A.A. Borisov is situated in the historical building of trading house from 1897 in Arkhangelsk. Established in 2008, it is dedicated to the works of artist Alexander Borisov, who was a pupil of I. Shishkin and A. Kuindzhi. The museum's collection includes over 400 of his pieces as well as works by local archangelsk artists from the 1930s to the 1980s. Exhibitions and interactive events are held for visitors.
