Gryn's Pavilion

Gryn's Pavilion is situated in Arkhangelsk, on the banks of Northern Dvina River. It is an exact replica of the historical wooden pavilion designed in Swiss style with a height exceeding 9 meters. The pavilion stands in Pyotrovsky Sqare and named after writer Alexander Gryn who was exiled to Arkhangelsk at the beginning of the 20th century. Inside there are two benches installed. Drawings were made based on preserved photos of the original pavilion which stood here until the early 1930s.
