Malevich's Wall
Vitebsk, Lenina Street, from Shagala Street
The "Malevich Wall" mural is situated on the facade of a building at Vitebsk, Lenina Street, near Mark Chagall Street. It is a restored version of Kazimir Malevich's sketch from 1919 created within the Suprematist style. Restoration work was completed in June 2014 by specialists from the Vitebsk Center for Contemporary Art following major renovations to the building.
