Vitebsk Concert Hall

Concert hall "Vitebsk" is situated in picturesque Frunze Park on Kstovskaya Hill near Vityba River. Regularly international and republican competitions and festivals as well as concerts, theatrical and ballet performances take place here. It serves as a venue for solemn events and programs dedicated to state holidays. This is a branch of Center of Culture "Vitebsk".
