CONSENT TO RECEIVE MARKETING AND INFORMATIONAL MAILINGS

I, a user of the GIDIO service, freely and voluntarily give the Operator — Individual Entrepreneur Mesropyan David Davidovich (INN 540133672385) — consent to the processing of my contact details (the account identifier in Telegram / Max, and e-mail where available) for the purpose of sending marketing and informational messages (hereinafter, the "Mailings").

Content of the mailings: new cities and routes, functionality updates, special offers, promotions and discounts on the Subscription, news of the GIDIO project.

Delivery channels: messages in Telegram via the Service bot; messages in Max via the Service mini-app; push notifications in the GIDIO mobile application; e-mail where available and where the address has been provided separately.

Legal basis: part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising", Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".

Term of the consent: indefinite, until the consent is withdrawn.

The user has the right to withdraw consent by any of the following means:

• press the "Unsubscribe" / "Disable mailings" button in the Service settings;
• reply "STOP" to a message received;
• send a request to gidiotravel@yandex.ru.

Withdrawal of consent to the mailings does not terminate access to the Service and does not change the terms of the Subscription.

This consent is separate from and independent of acceptance of the Public Offer. The absence of consent to the mailings is not a ground for refusing access to the Service.
