Termez Archaeological Museum

Termez Archaeological Museum is located in the center of Termez city and is an important point of acquaintance with the ancient heritage of the region. The exhibition includes artifacts from excavations of Old Termez, Fayaztepa, Kara-tepe and other historical monuments of Surkhondarya. Visiting the museum will help to better understand the history of Bactria, the Kushan Empire, Buddhism and Islamic culture of Termez. It is one of the leading cultural institutions of the south of Uzbekistan.
