Fayyaztepa

Fayaztepa — Buddhist temple complex situated near ruins of ancient Termez. It consists of monastic rooms, courtyard, temple and separate stupa dating back to 1st-3rd centuries AD. This is an important site of Uzbek Buddhist heritage known for its archaeological discoveries such as Buddhist sculptures and fragments of wall paintings.
