Palwan-Darwaza
Хива, Ичан-Кала
Palvan-Darvaza — eastern gates of the ancient city of Khiva, built in 1804-1806. Its name is linked to legendary hero Pahlavon Mahmud, venerated local saint. These gates are one of four main entrances to the inner city Ichan-Kala and lead to the eastern trading square with medreses, imams and Allikuli Khan caravanserai.
