Kobayashi Madrasah

Koba Medrese is located in the historical center of Shahrisabz. It has a square courtyard layout and hujras for students. The building was built on the foundations of an ancient caravanserai and is part of the city's educational tradition. Nearby are an old bathhouse and the mosque of Khodja Mirhamid. The medrese helps to better understand the cultural heritage of the Timurids and everyday life of medieval education.
