Nukus International Airport

Nukus International Airport is the main air hub of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. It serves as a key transportation node for tourists heading to Savitsky Museum, the former Aral Sea coast in Muynak, ancient sites of Mizdakhshan and archaeological sites of ancient Khorezm. The airport marks the beginning of most expeditions exploring the area around the Aral Sea and western Uzbekistan.
