Hamza Museum House

Hamza House-Museum is located in Kokand on Mukimi Street, 30. This place preserves the atmosphere of traditional Uzbek housing with inner rooms and a courtyard. The museum was opened in 1959 at the house where the famous poet, playwright and composer Hamza Khakimzoda Niyazi was born and raised. Here there is an exhibition dedicated to the life and work of Hamza, who is an important figure in the literary history of Kokand and the Ferghana Valley culture.
