Hamza House Museum

Hamza House-Museum is located in Kokand at Mukiimi Street, 30. This place preserves the atmosphere of traditional Uzbek dwelling with inner rooms and courtyard. The museum was opened in 1959 in the house where famous poet, playwright and composer Hamza Khakimzoda Niyazi was born and raised. Here there is an exhibition dedicated to his life and work reflecting his contribution to the culture of Kokand.
