Toki Sarrophon

Toki Sarrofon - historical covered bazaar of the 16th century in Bukhara serving as a currency exchange place; situated near Lyabi-Hauz and Shahrud canal, it is one of three major domed markets of the old city. The term "sarrof" refers to money changers who facilitated financial transactions for Bukharan merchants during the era of active caravan trade.
