Sitorai Mohi-Hossa

Sitorai Mohi-Hosa Palace is situated in the historical center of Bukhara under UNESCO protection. It was the former country residence of the last Bukharan emirs built between 1912 and 1918. Inside the palace there is an open museum of decorative and applied arts functioning since 1927. The area is surrounded by a high adobe wall. Within the main building there is displayed palace furniture from the 19th to 20th centuries, porcelain from China and Japan of various eras, as well as marble lions made from Gazgan marble at the entrance.
