Boboi Poraduz Mausoleum

The Mausoleum of Boboi Poraduz is located in the southeastern part of Bukhara near the city gates of Salyakhona and was built in the 19th century. The monument is dedicated to the revered master of the shoemaking craft, who was considered the patron saint of shoemakers, tailors, and gold embroiderers, and is included in the national list of immovable objects of tangible cultural heritage of Uzbekistan. Brick, wood, stone, and ganch were used in the construction of the building, and its upper part consists of small and large domes. The structure consists of a central part with a sagana and a mihrab, as well as side projections.
