Polutov-Aleksandrov Manor

The former Polutov rental house in Chita is located on Lenina Street. It is an architectural monument of the early 20th century reflecting the development of trade and urban culture at that time. The building is part of the city's historical center and included in the tour route for excursions to merchant and administrative districts of Chita. It represents a typical example of civilian construction in Transbaikalia and forms the appearance of the central street of the pre-revolutionary period.
