Old-City Mikhail-Arkhangelsky Church

The Old Chita Mikhailo-Arkangelskaya Church is located at Decemberists Street, 3B in Chita city. It is one of the oldest wooden churches in the region associated with the history of the Decembrists exiled to Transbaikalia. Today, it houses the Decembrist Museum combining religious, architectural and political aspects of the city's history. The church is a significant attraction included in the route for historical places of old Chita.
