Wet Nikolay Church
Yaroslavl, Chaykovskogo St, 1
The Church of Nikolskaya Mokraya in Yaroslavl is a representative of the local 17th-century Yaroslavl town churches. Its interior features three large Dutch-made brass candelabras and painting with 660 narrative seals. The eastern gallery of the church ends with two tented side chapels while its western wall is adorned with the composition "Judgment Day". After being returned to the Russian Orthodox Church in 1992 it became the garrison church of the Fanagoriya Regiment since 1892. The bell tower has forms resembling those of St. Prohor's Church.
