Governor's Garden

The Governor's Garden in Yaroslavl is located along the Volga Embankment. The garden combines elements of regular and landscape planning, preserving the historical atmosphere since the early 19th century. There are about 70 old trees, including oaks older than 150 years. The central part of the park features a French parterre with a fountain surrounded by an English section of the garden. Today, the area serves as an open-air museum where sculpture exhibitions are presented.
