Trading Rows

Trading Rows in Rostov Veliky are an historical complex of buildings constructed between 1780 and 1798 by architect Ivan Levenhagen. Located on the city's main square, these rows originally served for the famous Rostov Fair. Later, columns, plasterwork and decorative elements were added, enhancing their beauty and expressiveness. Today, they continue to operate as trading stalls, preserving the traditional purpose of the complex.
