The industrial site of Pereiaslavsky Museum-Reserve is located at Sovetskaya Street, 1a in the historical center of Pereslavl-Zalessky. It is an architectural complex formed from the 1890s to the 1930s associated with activities of Puntsko-krasilnoy factory Pavlov, "Povodnik" partnership factory and the first Soviet film-film factory "LIT". Currently, there are 11 industrial objects covering a total area of 2.2 hectares transferred to the museum under operational management. The museum plans to organize here a factory-museum that will become part of the new industrial tourist route of the city.
