Voronezh Chamber Theatre

The Voronezh Chamber Theatre is located at Karl Marx Street, 55A. It has two stages: a large one with 180 seats and a black-box stage with 80 seats. The theater opened in its new building on September 10, 2014 after years of renting space in the Railway Workers' Culture Palace. It was founded on March 30, 1993 by director Mikhail Bychkov, who also served as its first artistic director. One of the first performances in the new building was a sketch production titled "Boris Godunov" based on A. Pushkin's work.
