Volkhovsky State Puppet Theatre, Voronezh

The Voronezh State Puppet Theatre named after V.A. Volkhsky is located at Revolution Avenue, 50. Founded in 1925 by N.M. Bezuzhev. Since 1984 it has been housed in a modern building created on the basis of two previous structures. The theatre is known thanks to its leader Vladimir Volkhovsky, who headed it until 2003. There is also an A.A. Veselov Museum of Theatrical Marionettes on the third floor.
