Esenin Monument

The monument to Sergey Alexandrovich Yesenin was installed on Yesenina Alley in Voronezh. The sculptor Anatoly Bichukov created the bronze bust of the poet, which was donated free of charge to the city. The opening took place in spring 2007 after a solemn laying of the foundation in October 2006. The consecration of the monument was performed by Father Alexander Kuropatkin, the pastor of Kazan Church in Konstantinovo village. Actor Sergey Bezrukov partially provided funds for the installation of the monument.
