White-Bim-the-Black-Ear Monument

In Voronezh, on Revolution Avenue, there is a monument to a dog named Beliy Bim Cherno Uho. The dog is depicted in full height without a pedestal, his right ear and paw are made of bronze. The sculptors are local artists Ivan Dikunov and Elza Pak. The opening took place on September 5, 1998 with the participation of Gavriil Troepolsky, the author of the story about man's faithful friend. The sculpture was created on the personal funds of the artists.
