A two-story building made of red brick is located at: Vladimir city, Bolshaya Moskovskaya street, 54. Originally, the first floor housed a merchant's store while the second floor belonged to the city council and orphanage court before the revolution. Later, it became the city's council office. The architecture features a Russian style with a characteristic corner tower. Previously, an insurance company operated within the building.
