Vladimir Planetarium

Vladimir Planetarium, opened on April 28, 1962, is located in a historical building of the Nikolo-Kremlinsky Church from the mid-18th century at 66A Bolshaya Moskovskaya Street, Vladimir city. Here lectures, starry sky observations, thematic events, exhibitions and concerts are held. The first dome had an eight-meter diameter made by the Vladimir Chemical Plant. It is one of 41 planetariums in the former Soviet Union.
